Shipping Policy
Shipping Condition:
We need 1 to 2 working days to Germany to process the order, and usually 2-3 days later you will receive your products. Same as ship to the EU Area except Germany within 3-8 working days. Special Situation for the shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. If such an event occurs, we shall let you know immediately via email.
Shipping fee :
Shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination at checkout page.
Shipping rule: Shipping fee had changed According to the weight of SANFOU Package.
1.When Package weight 1~13 kg, shipping fee is 12€
2.When Package weight 13.1~25kg, shipping fee is 20€
3.When Package weight 25+ kg, shipping fee is 35€.
(Note: According To Some Special Event, Buy More Save More on the shipping fee, not fix)

Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Portugal, Estonia, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania
(Five Nordic countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland - Delivery to the five Nordic countries requires filling out maritime documents, so it is currently not possible).
Shipping Carrier:
We use DPD and DHL as our carrier for order delivery.
Shipping Address:
Please make sure you provide the correct detailed address for order delivery. Once your order has been placed, changing your address is no longer possible. If your order is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, we'll respond immediately to correct the address and resend it to you.
Shipping Policy:
Free shipping to Germany. Free shipping to other EU countries when orders over 3000€.
Tax Fee:
You do not need to afford tax fee.
Shipping Information:
Once the order has been shipped, we'll send you an order confirmation email including order details and the tracking number.
Order Cancellation:
An order can be canceled before it's shipped. You'll receive a full refund once your order has been successfully canceled. However, if the product you ordered has been shipped out, you may not be able to cancel it immediately. Please contact us via email service@sanfoupower.com for a return and refund once you receive it.
